Three new smartphone applications are available for residents to use to report issues around the City.
The applications are linked to Salem’s Citizen Request Action Center – an online tool residents can use to report problems like potholes or request City information – and allow residents enter data on the go.
Android users can find the application by searching “GovQA” or “City Reporter” in the Android Market. iPhone users can find the application by searching for “CityReporter 311” in the iTunes app store. Blackberry users can click here to download the application via their compute. If Blackberry users are viewing this page on their Blackberry browsers, the application can be found here. The applications were funded by a donation from the Kernwood Country Club.
